FOR DANCE SLAM UNTIL SEPTEMBER 20, 2010. DANCE SLAM IS AT MANDEL HALL, UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO ON OCTOBER 22 AT 7:30 PM.
B. IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DANCE SLAM, OR YOU MISSED THE DEADLINE, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL CONTINUE TO CONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION FOR ALL OTHER DANCE CHICAGO PROGRAMS UNTIL POSITIONS ARE FILLED. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO INCLUDE YOU.

Instructions for dvd (or tape)
Your company name and work titles must clearly be identified on the dvd or tape. You must enclose a $25.00 non-refundable application fee with your dvd or tape.No works will be viewed until the payment is received. We will then review your works and give you a response within 90 days of the receipt of your fee. Your application fee will cover viewing of up to 10 works. The viewing of your works and the paying of your fee does not guarantee you a place in Dance Chicago 2010, although we will do our best to include you. 97% of 2009 applicants performed in Dance Chicago 2009.

In addition to your $25 check and dvd of your submitted works, please enclose a separate CD of jpeg images of as many of the dances you have submitted. If images do not exist of the dances you are submitting, please include up to 5 of the best images you have. These images are provided to the press.
