Dance Chicago 2008 Artist Application: All Applicants Deadline: August 1, 2008.
You must submit this application to: john@dancechicago.com before August 1, 2008.

Instructions for dvd (or tape)
Your company name and work titles must clearly be identified on the dvd or tape. You must enclose a $20.00 non-refundable application fee with your dvd or tape. No works will be viewed until the payment is received. We will then review your works and give you a response within 30 days of the receipt of your fee. Your application fee will cover viewing of up to 10 works. The viewing of your works and the paying of your fee does not guarantee you a place in Dance Chicago 2008, although we will do our best to include you.

If you do not get your application in by August 1, we will probably not be able to list you in this season’s brochure.

There is no guarantee that we can attend live performances, but we will make every effort to do so. However, you must still submit your works on tape or dvd and pay your fee as described above.
