All spaces: Dance Studios have AC, high ceilings, sprung floors, Marley, mirrors, Built in barres, sound systems, natural light.
Classes being offered: Ballet, Pointe, Character, Irish, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, Bangra, Kathak, Yoga, Guided Meditation Artists, Movement for Actors, Comedy Dance, Improv & Sketch Comedy, Multi-Disciplinary Production and Production Arts.

$30 per hour for Dance Chicago Legacy Partners
Single/short term bookings.
NOTE you must add 5% for PayPal processing fee: (ex: $30/hr + .05x$25 = $31.50/hour, $63.00, 2 hours, etc)
1-4 People $30/hr + 5% PPfee
5-10 People $37/hr + 5% PPfee
11-15 People $45/hr + 5% PPfee
16-25 People $60/hr + 5% PPfee
26-40 People. $75/hr + 5% PP fee

To become an anchor tenant to be able to provide ongoing classes at the studios, email us.
